Jules Shear is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist. “The Eternal Return” includes two of his best known hits. Cyndi Lauper recorded “All Through The Night” which went to #5 in 1984 and the Bangles hit song “If She Knew What She Wants” reached #29 in 1986.

The song “Steady” from this album also went to #57 on the US charts in 1985. Jules’ songs have also been recorded by The Band, Roger McGuinn, 10,000 Maniacs, Curtis Steigers and many others.

Jules also released a compilation Album in 1989 called “Horse Of A Different Color.” This album included original versions from “The Eternal Return” of the following songs: “If She Knew What She Wants,” “Memories Burn Hard” and “You’re Not Around.”

Bill and Jeff go back to the Sound City Studio Days when Jeff was signed as an artist to Carman Productions with Tom Skeeter and the late Joe Gottfried, owners of Sound City Studios.
